"How to Attract More Clients Than You Ever Thought Possible!"
How would you like your phone to ring regularly with inquiries about new business from qualified prospects? This talk focuses on what happens when you set up a system of basic marketing strategies that all work together to generate an attractive buzz about your firm. Learn the 8 steps to attracting more clients than you ever thought possible!
"Proven Ways to Make Marketing Painless for People Who Hate to Market!"
Most professional service providers are great at what they do, but are not necessarily natural "rainmakers." This talk shares proven approaches for getting your firm's professional expertise out there in the marketplace, in ways that feel natural and easy for non-marketers. Learn time-tested strategies for making marketing your professional services less painful and even a joy!
"How to Create Passive Income for Your Professional Service Firm"
The irony of a successful professional service firm is that there's an inverse relationship between success and quality of life! The more clients you have, the less time there is to enjoy the fruits of your hard-earned success. But what if you could earn more in ways that required less of or a different use of your precious time? This talk explores options for introducing alternate or additional revenue streams into your business model and strategies on how to make it happen.
"Your Firm's Brand Promise to the Marketplace: Can You Deliver?"
Does everyone in your firm share a clear focus on who your target market is, the solutions you provide, and their specific role in serving each client? Does your firm’s leadership act as a role model for how you want to be perceived in the marketplace? This talk takes a good look at the business and organizational metrics, competencies, and standards you should consider. Learn what your firm can do to ensure everyone in your firm delivers on your brand promise!
